Terms and Conditions for Users

Welcome to ONE SERVICE 360 The terms and conditions below (together with the documents referred to therein) comprise the terms and conditions (the Terms) which will apply to you when you use the ONE SERVICE 360 mobile application (the Application) to place orders for certain Stitching services, tailoring services, Readymade Clothes, Fabric and related products and services that are provided and delivered by independent providers accessed via the ONE SERVICE 360 Application (the Products and Services).

Please read these Terms carefully before you use the Application to access and procure Products and Services.

If you have any questions relating to these Terms, please send us an email at support@1service360.com before using the Application. By downloading and installing the Application and then setting up your ONE SERVICE 360 account and/or otherwise accessing the Products and Services via the Application, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1.1. About Us

The Application is owned and operated by ONE SERVICE 360 (1S360) General Trading Company WLL a company established under the laws of the Pakistan & the State of Kuwait, with commercial registration. The terms “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms refer to ONE SERVICE 360 (1S360). You may contact us by email at help@1service360.net

1.2. Purpose

Our objective is to connect you (the User) to independent providers of Stitching services, tailoring services, Readymade Clothes, unstitched or stitched clothes , Fabrics and related products and services (the Providers) that are listed on the Application to allow you to place orders for such Products and Services from such Providers via the Application (Platform provided by the One Service 360 – 1S360).

ONE SERVICE 360 (1S360) is not a Provider (nor does it provide the Products and Services except in certain specific incidences which will be indicated).

The duty of care and the customer-provider relationship, only exist between you and the Provider when the Provider accepts your request for the Products and Services via the Application. ONE SERVICE 360 does not owe you a duty of care with respect to the Products and Services you may request and obtain from a Provider. Therefore, you acknowledge that we shall not have any liability, and you waive any of the same which we may have, of whatsoever kind or nature concerning or relating to the Products and Services you may obtain from any Provider. ONE SERVICE 360 (1S360) is only a mediator and a facilitator digital platform leveraging technology to connect the customers with the providers.

When you request for Products and Services from a Provider, we shall act only as a platform bringing you and the Provider together for you to conclude your transaction via our Application. We will also facilitate your experience and interactions with the Provider through our platform. Once you have requested for Products and Services via the Application, the requested Products and Services shall be performed and delivered at the time agreed to by you and the Provider. The resultant agreement to provide the Products and Services is between you and the relevant Provider and may be further subject to the Provider’s terms and conditions. As a platform, ONE SERVICE 360 is not the provider of the Products and Services ordered from and delivered by the Providers.

1.3.Your Account

Before you can request for Products and Services on our Application, you will have to create a ONE SERVICE 360 account. In order to create an account, you will need to provide us with the following personal information; (i) first, second, and last name, or Full Name (ii) email address, (iii) mobile phone number, (iv) gender, (v) date of birth, (vi) civil identification data as provided on your government issued Civil Identification Card, (vii) preferred language, (viii) access to device biometric profile, (ix) Shop or Business Legal Name, and, when necessary, (x) create a PIN code & etc. You may also be required to provide payment details. All information you provide must be true and correct.

You are responsible for keeping any passwords you create, or other secure login methods, secret, and preventing others from accessing your ONE SERVICE 360 account through your email account or mobile phone. If an unauthorized person uses these or other methods to access your account, you shall be responsible to pay for any Products and Services they request, and we are not responsible for any losses you may suffer, unless the unauthorized person using your account obtained access to it because we did not keep your account secure. You may not utilize your account for any purpose which is contrary to these Terms and/or applicable laws.

Subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, you may request that your personal information, that we have in our records, be deleted at any time by contacting us at +965 60005 321, +92 300 6666 459, with having WhatsApp numbers for the both the numbers, via an email , help@1service360.net .

We may suspend your account, or close it permanently, if we believe that your account has been used by someone other than yourself or has been used contrary to these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or close your account if we learn that you are less than the local age of majority and using the Application independently of a parent or guardian account or if, in our opinion, you are abusing our application.

Furthermore, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of your, account or use of the Application or any part thereof, or any removal of any materials that you have submitted in using the Application pursuant to these Terms. If we suspend or terminate your access to and/or use of the Application, you will continue to be bound by the Terms that are meant to survive such suspension or termination.

1.4.Your Location

The Application is designed and intended for users holding residency and/or a phone number in the countries where ONE SERVICE 360 operates legally. ONE SERVICE 360 makes no representation that the information and the Products and Services provided via the Application are appropriate or permitted for users in locations outside the official countries of operation. The Providers you choose to provide you with the Products and Services shall rely upon your confirmation of location in order to interact with you. If your confirmation of location is inaccurate or untrue, you agree to indemnify the Provider you interact with (and ONE SERVICE 360 where applicable) from any resulting damages, costs or claims.

 Accessing the ONE SERVICE 360 Application from locations where access to such services via the Application is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with all relevant local laws in your location. If you choose to access the site from a location outside the official countries of operation, you do so at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any resulting consequences.

1.5. Logging in and Selecting a Provider

If you require Products and Services from a Provider via the Application, you will first select the type of Products and Services you require as well as a timeframe for the provision of such Products and Services between either an immediate delivery or a scheduled delivery slot in the future. Thereafter, the Application will display the list of Providers who are available to provide the relevant Products and Services. You will then select the online option for the provision of the Products and Services as specified on the Application.

The Provider shall rely on the information you provide. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information so that your expectations can be met. If the information you provide is inaccurate, this may affect the Service you receive. If certain Products and Services from the Provider you have selected are not available at your desired timings, you may not receive the Products and Services required at the time desired. However, you will be informed of the availability of the Products and Services by the Providers.

1.6. Service and Product Availability

All products and services offered by the Providers are subject to availability. When requesting immediate delivery through the Application, we will connect you to the first available Provider stocking the requested Products and Services. When scheduling a deferred delivery slot with a Provider, we will provide you with a list of Providers, and their available delivery or service times. Once you select a Provider, the Products and Services required, and pay the relevant fees, you agree to commit to the Provider’s cancellation policy.

Although we shall endeavour to keep the Application reasonably secure and available at all times, we do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, and the Application may sometimes experience periods of downtime (such as while we perform maintenance or when we update the Application).

1.7. Requests

When you select and request Products and Services from a Provider via the Application, the information which you will be provided with may include:

Ingredients, including additives and allergen warning.

Country of origin

Storage instructions

Use by or expiry date.

Product origin

Product return policy

Service or delivery exclusion criteria

Estimated time of delivery

Alternative options

After selecting a Provider and the Products and Services you require, you will be directed to a request summary and confirmation page that may include the following details:

Name of Provider

Cost of Products and Services

Time of the Booking and delivery

Alternative options

Once the information above has been provided, you will be prompted to select a payment method to finalize your order and delivery appointment.

 The contract for the provision of the Products and Services you have requested from the Provider becomes effective once your payment is confirmed. Except as provided in these Terms, a request cannot be amended after the payment notice has been issued although it can be cancelled as provided.

You are responsible for paying for all the Products and Services requested using your ONE SERVICE 360 account, for any related charges and for complying with these Terms, even if you have ordered the Products and Services for someone else’s benefit.

1.8. Prices, Payment, and Account Credits

The total price of your request for Products and Services, excluding any taxes which may apply, shall be set out on the checkout page on the Application. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment for Products and Services must be made directly to the Provider before the Products and Services are provided and / or performed.

 To complete your request, you will be required to select your preferred payment method which shall be either online or payment in cash. When making your online payment, you will be asked to select to pay through an acceptable debit or credit card. Once your order or request has been confirmed, your selected payment method shall be charged, and the total amount marked for payment.

Prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Providers. Price will be displayed at the point of making an order. No pricing changes shall affect existing confirmed requests unless there is an obvious pricing mistake. In cases where an obvious pricing mistake is detected after the payment has been confirmed, the Provider may contact you to inform you of the applicable price or to give you the option to cancel the order if you do not agree to the updated price.

1.9. Provision of Products and Services

When you place an order, you will have the choice to request that it be completed immediately or at a scheduled time in the future. For immediate requests, the Provider shall attempt to deliver the Products and Services as soon as possible. For a request scheduled for a future time, the Provider shall endeavour to provide the Services when requested but shall keep you updated via the email or mobile number linked to your account or through the Application regarding any delays or rescheduling. In all cases, the Provider shall provide such Products and Services as set in your request. You must be available at the agreed location when the Products and Services are to be delivered. If you are not present at such time (e.g. where delivery services have been requested and you are not at the address given), the Provider will not be able to complete the request and you may be liable for a cancellation charge.

1.10. User Content

After the Products and Services have been delivered, you will be able to submit a review of the Products and Service and the Provider, which, at our discretion, may or may not be displayed on the Application. Reviews you submit should not be obscene or abusive, they shall not include any illegal content, and you are solely responsible for any review you submit. Without limiting the aforementioned, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that a review which was submitted by you violates these Terms, our policies or any applicable law, we shall be entitled to delete and not display such review and we may suspend and/or close your ONE SERVICE 360 account at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for and disclaim all liability for any links provided to third-party websites.

1.11. Special Offers and Advertising

The Providers may sometimes make special offers available via the Application. These will be visible when you look at the application home screen or other marketing material or under notifications. These offers are available at the discretion of and on the terms and conditions determined by the relevant Provider making the offer.

1.12. Your Rights if Something is Wrong with the Products and Services Requested

You have a legal right to receive Products and Services which comply with their description and the law, which are rendered professionally, and which comply with the relevant consumer protection standards and any specific requirements agreed with the Provider.

If you believe that the Products and Services you have been provided with via the Application do not comply with these legal rights, please contact us at +965-94154119 and we will endeavour to liaise between you and the Provider to resolve the issue. This does not affect any of your other rights under the law.

1.13. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage That You Suffer

In no event shall we be liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence or product liability), or otherwise, to you or any other person for the Products and Services received from Providers via the Application except in respect to any delivery services we may provide. In such case our liability will be limited to the value of such order.

If your loss or damage is caused due to failure of the Application, our liability will be capped at the service fee you paid through the Application at the time of the use complained about. In no event shall we be liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence or product liability) or otherwise, to you or any other person for an amount in excess of the aforementioned amount in connection with the use of the Application. We shall not have any liability whatsoever for any transaction which were concluded without utilizing the Application.

You understand that all the information regarding the Products and Services of a Provider is provided by the Provider on the Application for information purposes only. We are not responsible for any errors in such information nor are we responsible for any actions relating to the use of or reliance on such information. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage caused by us that is not a foreseeable result of your use of the Application or for loss or damage caused by your failing to use reasonable care and skill in relation to your use of the Application. Further, we are not responsible for any loss or damage which results from your breach of these Terms, from any IT hardware/software failure, from any link to a third-party website/application or which is caused by a Provider.

If you seek to raise a claim for loss or damage caused by a Provider, you agree that such claim shall be raised against the relevant Provider only and not against us.

Although we will endeavour to ensure that the Application, its contents and its services are accurate, up-to-date and free from errors, the Application, its contents and its services are provided on an “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available” basis. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee in connection with the Application, its contents and its services, including by way of example, that it will always be available or that it will be free from errors or that the site or server that makes the Platform available are free of defects or that it is suitable for any particular purpose and expressly decline any such warranties and guarantees to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1.14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party (including any Provider) due to or arising out of your use of the Application including where your actions have been negligent, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

1.15. Cancellation

If you purchase and cancel Products and Services that you had ordered with a Provider, then the terms of the cancellation policy of such Provider shall apply. These will be provided by the Provider for your review prior to your confirmation of an order.

We or the Provider may notify you that a request has been cancelled at any time. You will not be charged for any requests cancelled by us or the Provider and we shall reimburse you for any payment that you have already made with respect to such cancelled request.

1.16. Data Protection

You understand and agree that the information you provide in the Application as well as your conversations and/or messages (including audio calls, and messages) with Providers may be recorded, stored, and filed. In this regard, we collect and utilize your personal data so that we may enhance the quality of the services which we provide to you generally and for the following purposes in particular:

Verification of identity

Verification of compliance with these Terms

Guarding against any illegality, fraud, and/or abuses of these Terms

Improvement of the Application

Compliance with laws and regulations

Please see our Privacy Policy for further details on how your information may be utilized. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure and protect the confidentiality of your personal information in line with applicable laws; however, you acknowledge and agree that transmissions over the internet are not always completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be accessed by unauthorized third parties.

The information you provided ONE SERVICE 360 will be shared with the Providers you choose to use via the Application.

1.17. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms or the Application itself shall grant you any right, title or interest in any of our or a Provider’s intellectual property rights, including (but not limited to) the ONE SERVICE 360 trademarks and software of the Application, whether such rights are registered, which shall always remain our exclusive property.

You may not, and may not authorize any person to: reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works of the Application; reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Application or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code or API (being any applicable application programming interface with a set of functions and procedures allowing the creation of applications that access the features or data of an operating system, application, or other service), or attempt to do any of the aforementioned.

1.18. Notices and Permissions

You agree to receive any notifications which we or a Provider may provide through the Application, your mobile number or your email. If such notifications or the use of the Application generally result in charges imposed by a third-party (e.g. mobile phone data charges), you shall be solely responsible for such charges.

1.19. Other Terms

If either we or you have any right to enforce these Terms against each other, that right shall not be lost even if the party which has the right delays enforcing it or waives their right to enforce it in any instance.

If a court or other authority decides that any part of these Terms is illegal or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. If we make any changes which affect your rights in relation to our Application, we shall notify you and the amended Terms shall be enforceable the next time you utilize the Application. Amendments to the Terms shall not affect any requests you have made that have been paid.

You are not entitled to assign your ONE SERVICE 360 account, or any rights/obligations connected therewith to any third-party. You agree that we shall be able to assign any and/or all our rights and obligations in connection with these Terms to any third-party at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the local country where it’s operated like Kuwait law and any disputes in relation to the same and the use of our Application shall be submitted to and resolved by the local country where it’s operated i.e Kuwait courts.

Privacy Policy

ONE SERVICE 360 (1S360) Company, Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, so we have developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, store and delete your personal information when you are using the ONE SERVICE 360 digital online marketplace platform (the Applications).

You should review the entirety of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions before using the ONE SERVICE 360 website and application. If the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, do not use or continue using the ONE SERVICE 360 website and Application and/or submit your personal information.

The Application is meant to provide you access to a wide range of Stitching services, Tailoring services, Readymade Clothes, Fabric and related products and services through independent providers. The Application facilitates online procurement of these products and services and, therefore, must, as is the case with providing such products and services, collect relevant personal information.

2.1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person. You may be asked to provide your personal information (pursuant to our Terms and Conditions) when using the Application and website. ONE SERVICE 360 and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and the independent providers and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy in providing you with our products and services. ONE SERVICE 360 and its affiliates may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not obligated to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases you may not be able to secure the products or services that you require or receive a response to any queries you may have.

Here are some examples of the types of personal information ONE SERVICE 360 may collect and how we may use it:

2.2. What personal information we collect

When you create an account on the Application, download a software update, register to receive our newsletter, connect to our services, or contact us, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, date of birth, work and home addresses, phone number, email address, contact preferences, device identifiers, Internet Protocol (IP) address, location information, credit card information and profile information.

When you register a minor under your guardianship and thereby share another individual’s personal information with us (which we will assume you have obtained permission or have the authority to do), ONE SERVICE 360 may collect the information you provide about those individuals such as their name, date of birth, home address, email address and phone number. ONE SERVICE 360 will use such information to enable you to access the relevant product or service, or for anti-fraud purposes. 

We may ask for government issued identification when you create an account on the ONE SERVICE 360 application, for the purpose of verifying your identity or as required by law.

2.3.   How we use your personal information

With your consent, we may process your personal information to enable the Providers of the services on offer on the Application to provide you with products and services, for the purposes described in our Terms and Conditions of use and this Privacy Policy, for compliance with a legal obligation to which ONE SERVICE 360 is subject, for the performance of a contract to which you are party, in order to protect your vital interests, or when we have assessed it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by ONE SERVICE 360 or a third party to whom it may be necessary to disclose information. The personal information we collect also allows us to keep you updated on our latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you do not want to be on our mailing list, you may opt-out at any time by modifying your account settings.

We also use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes. We may also use your personal information for account and network security purposes, including to protect our products and services for the benefit of all our users. Where we use your information for anti-fraud purposes it arises from the conduct of an online transaction with us. We limit our uses of data for anti-fraud purposes to those which are strictly necessary and within our assessed legitimate interests to protect our customers and our services such as during the conduct of an online transaction with us. For certain online transactions we may also validate the information provided by you with publicly accessible sources.

We may use your personal information, including your date of birth, to verify identity, assist with identification of users, and to determine appropriate products and services. For example, we may use date of birth to determine the age of the ONE SERVICE 360 account holders.

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about orders made, purchases made and changes made to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with ONE SERVICE 360, you may not opt-out of receiving these communications.

We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as for auditing, data analysis, and research to improve ONE SERVICE 360’s products, services, and customer communications.

2.4. Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. The following are some examples of non-personal information that we may collect and how we intend to use it:

We may collect information such as occupation, language, unique device identifier, referrer Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), and location where the services are used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, the services on offer, and advertising.

We may collect information regarding customer activities on our application or website and from our other products and services. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our website, products, and services are of most interest. Aggregated data is considered non-‑personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect and store details of how you use our products and services and the services on offer on the Application including search queries. This information may be used to improve the relevancy of results provided by our services. Except in limited instances to ensure quality of our services over the Internet, such information will not be associated with your IP address.

With your explicit consent, we may collect data about how you use your device and our applications in order to help our application developers improve our applications and products.

If we do combine non-personal information with personal information the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

2.5.   Cookies and Other Technologies

The ONE SERVICE 360 Application, website, services, online services, and email messages may use “cookies” and other technology such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of web searches. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that IP‑ addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

ONE SERVICE 360 does not engage with advertisers. Therefore, ONE SERVICE 360 domains will not include any paid advertisements.

The ONE SERVICE 360 domains may also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website, services, products, online services and applications. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with ONE SERVICE 360 more convenient and personal. For example, knowing your contact information, hardware identifiers, and information about your computer or device helps us personalize your operating system and provide you with better customer service.

If you want to disable cookies, you may modify your browser settings. Please note that if you disable the cookies you will alter your experience with our application and certain features of the ONE SERVICE 360 Application and website will not be available once cookies are disabled.

As is true of most internet based services, we gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit websites and applications, operating system, date and time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the site, to learn about user behaviour on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base. ONE SERVICE 360 may also use this information in our marketing and advertising services.

In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the ONE SERVICE 360 website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website or Application. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages. Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format a customer can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

2.6. Disclosure to Third Parties

ONE SERVICE 360 will, in certain circumstances, provide third parties with certain of your personal information in order to administer or provide the services that you are requesting, including ordering of products and services with service providers or purchasing other products and services, or to improve our services, or to have products requested or ordered delivered to you. When we do, we require those third parties to handle it in accordance with relevant laws. Personal information will never be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. For example, when you create a ONE SERVICE 360 account and place an order with a service provider, you authorize ONE SERVICE 360 and such service provider to exchange the information you provide during the ONE SERVICE 360 account activation process in order for the service provider to provide the products and services, including information about your device. If your order is accepted, your interaction will, among other things, be governed by ONE SERVICE 360 and the service provider’s respective privacy policies.

2.7. Service Providers

ONE SERVICE 360 shares personal information with individuals and companies who provide Stitching services, Tailoring services, Readymade Clothes, unstitched & stitched clothes, Fabrics and related products and services , fulfilling of customer orders, delivering of products to you (pursuant to our Terms & Conditions), management and enhancement of customer data, processing of information processing, provision of customer service, assessment of customer interest in our products and services and conduct of customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located inside or outside of Kuwait.

2.8. Payments

The products and services obtained via the ONE SERVICE 360 Application and website are paid services which are processed through third-party processors. ONE SERVICE 360 will store your payment card details and that information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy, during an online transaction. These payment processors typically adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

The third-party payment processors we work with is MyFatoorah, VISA/Credit Cards services provider, direct Bank Transfer & etc.

2.9. Others

It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within local country where it’s operated, i.e Kuwait for ONE SERVICE 360 to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you, but only where there is a lawful basis for doing so, if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect you or our operations or users.  This could include providing information to public or governmental authorities. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

2.10. Protection of Personal Information

ONE SERVICE 360 takes the security of your personal information very seriously. ONE SERVICE 360’s online services such as the Application and website protect your personal information during transit using encryption and other data security measures that are internationally recognized. When your personal data is stored by ONE SERVICE 360, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. The data we collect is stored in encrypted form including when we utilize third-party storage. It should however be remembered that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and infallibility.

You are responsible for the personal information you choose to share or submit to others online or offline. ONE SERVICE 360 will not take responsibility for your decision to make any personal information public.

2.11. Integrity and Retention of Personal Information

ONE SERVICE 360 makes it possible for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes it is collected for and as outlined in this Privacy Policy. When assessing this period, we carefully examine the reason such personal information was collected and if we establish a relevant need we only retain it for the shortest possible period to realize the purpose of collection unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as described earlier. Unless restricted by law or otherwise, you may request from us the deletion of your personal information. That information will be removed from our active database. 2.13. Children

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create their own ONE SERVICE 360 accounts, unless their parent or guardian have provided verifiable consent, and such individuals must be placed under a parental account. In such case, the parent or guardian must review the Application Platform and website Terms and Condition and this Privacy Policy before they can begin the ONE SERVICE 360 account creation process for their child. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of an individual under 18 outside the above circumstances, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

2.14. Location-Based Services

To provide location-based services on the Application where applicable, ONE SERVICE 360 and our partners and licensees, may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your device’s approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by ONE SERVICE 360 and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with the Application when you opt-in to their location-based services. Some location-based services offered by ONE SERVICE 360 require your personal information of such nature for the feature to work.

The ONE SERVICE 360 websites, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third parties from you, which may include your personal information is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties before engaging with them.

All the information you provide may be transferred to or accessed by other entities as described in this Privacy Policy.
